CS:Go dedicated server windows.

How can i get the server to do SM votenextmap AFTER the last round, before the nextmap loads, and to get the voted map? I want it during the final scoreboard screen.

I can only get it to run during game, with x rounds or x time left. I find it disturbing to get the vote in midst of a round .
