How can I install Multimod ??! What to do first

Guys, if I want to install Multimod Plugin to make my server MultiMod

should I install all the mods first together normally then the Multimod plugin do everything in it's own ??

How will it know if this map will work for this mod and that for that mod ?!?!!?

plz answer me explain

Here's an idea, READ THE FIRST POST IN THE MULTIMOD THREAD. Also ask for help in that thread.
