When should I reset things? Like bools that stores clients, entities that had their color changed..

It's better on round_start, round_end or we have a even better way?

Well to save player's info, round_end. This way it doesnt change anymore until the new session is active (new round)
You could use round_start to reset VIP features, like removing perks and making them retype the command.

Then again, if you are changing entity colors and other visual stuff, you may want to call it when noone is watching, so at round start when players at spawn.
