Hello, I am setting up sourcemods for a friend's server, and this pops up in the sourcemod logs:

I am hosting this Sourcebans upon a VPS where the database is using the VPS's MySQL.

Does anyone know how to make it be able to connect to the mysql?

Hey, i've tried that, i haven't got any other logs within this..

For some reason, when i try to ban someone, it doesnt record in the Sourcebans i have set up, do you know the reason why? It's connected to the server.

It literally can't be saying the same error since the http:// is part of the error message.

My Mistake, this is the error;

Hmm, error code 114 doesn't really make sense in this context - are you sure you're meant to be accessing the MySQL server at that domain/port (and that it allows remote connections)?

The domain is that, that is the domain that links to the VPS IP, i have tried using the VPS IP as the host but that doesnt seem to connect either, MySQL is installed on the VPS and the database is set up, all working apart from it isnt connecting to the database.

I could try linking it into another database, hold up, ill try this one.

Is the database accessible from outside?
