I have no clue what this error means. I've disabled recent added addons to see if that was the problem, and it was not. I just updated to the most recent sourcemod release too.

It seems to mean that your SQL database is corrupted from something. I'm unsure if there's any chance of recovering but I assume it would be low and you'd have to delete all the records and make a new database. This could be related to hardware failure from overclocked ram or something. However i'm not an SQL expert

The error comes from the DB client engine your SQL statements are going through, for MySQL, that error is relayed from the MySQL server itself, for SQLite, that error originates because of file corruption (DB file)
