Hello guys i write this post to ask you about:

how reliable is the spinhack module, because smac marks as suspected an usual player on our server, that I know he had cheated and get banned before, but in all this time I have only this message.

It's possible to trigger a false positive with this module. I'd recommend spectating the player to see whether he's actually cheating or not.

This module does not have an auto-ban cvar because it should only be used in conjunction with other modules. For example; a player suspected of aimbotting as well as spinhacking is more likely to be doing both.

A lone detection can probably be ignored.

What about 5 detections within about 5 minutes? Is there hacking involved or just a player with high sensitivity settings or something??

You can just spin around really fast for a bit, I know that used to trigger a detection. There's no way they'd be able to spinbot and aim without an aimbot, so if you're not seeing an aimbot detection it's probably not a big deal.
