Hello,

I have rented a dedicated server and running 4 5v5 csgo scrim servers. The dedicated server is from OVH, Singapore with the below-mentioned config

CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz
Ram - 12 GB
Cores - 4
Internet Speed - 119 Mbps
Operating system - Debian 64bit

I having an issue with server var spikes upto 2.0 from 0.008 even though a single server is running with just 10 people.

I need serious help.

I have gone through other threads and found some bios settings
EIST -> disabled
Enhanced C1 state -> disabled
CPU C3 Report -> disabled
CPU C6 Report -> disabled
and disable intel speedstep

Will these will be helpful.

I checked LSCPU and found out the clock speed is at a minimum. So asked the datacenter guys to change some settings and they changed

-Enhanced C1 state -> disabled >>> DONE
-Intel speedstep -> disabled >>> DONE

Now the clockspeed shows 900+mhz (my bad). I dont know if that works.

What OS? You need to enable it in the OS itself.. like Windows or Ubuntu.

Don't intend to hijack this thread so apologies OP feels this does not belong.

Is there a guide I can follow to optimize a CSGO server on a Windows Ryzen setup?
