yes. it includes even fixes for zp43fix5a, which had a few problems itself.
unfortunately, i didn't keep a change log because the mod was mainly for my personal use.
i remember one of them being in the plague mode start section, which was resulting in server hang, needing a manual restart.
my code is far from perfect either, but it is better than zpa anyway.

the bug which won't let you pick up armor after turning into a human if u already had some picked up on you when you got infected for example.
