I politely address you with a request. ;)

I need a plugin to execute commands in the console when a player connects to the server.
This plugin will recognize the player by name / ip / steamid
To contain the function of executing the command only once an hour or per day.
A menu in which I can add new commands directly from the server.

I'm already using a plugin that inspired me.
But it does not meet my requirements.

If that doesn't meet your requirements, you should probably state what requirements it doesn't meet? I don't know how that plugin works so I can't tell what part doesn't meet your requirements and knowing specifically what that is would make it easier to modify it for your request.

Executing the command once per day rather than on each connection.

Hello again guys. Thanks for the replies. I will try to explain you better my request this time.
The plugin I want, needs to check every user who connect to my server by his Public IP or Steam ID.
No checks will be made by the plugin on the players who are on the server. It will perform checks just on new connections.
After the check the plugin will execute the command (amx_cvar amx_example 1) followed by an (hud/chat message).
But the most important thing, the command will be executed 1 time per day or if it's possible per hour.
All those commands will be stored on a file auto_comands.ini in configs folder.
Ex: (ip/steam-id) (cmd to execute) (message) (every 24h)
I just change my mind about the check by nick. The reason is that the function who check the name will interfere on the action when a user want to change his nick. And this will not be able to change it on the server.
