How do you promote your servers? Do you buy some ads or ms boosts? Is it Russian or Romanian companies?

on-topic (@ OP): you want your server to be famous ? do the following and tell me:

run $2000$ 24/7.
install a VIP system.
sell admin flags.
allow cheats.

Do the best job possible, include people in your servers by giveaways. Give free VIP to people that bring their friends. Do tournaments for VIP or anything else... And always be patient, servers will not fill by themselves and it'll take time to do it.
Advertisement is a good way to bring people, and contact with other new communities so you can grow together
