Hi, for my AWP server I am looking a simple plugin. This text should appear when map ended and scoreboard is showing:

Team XYZ won!
Terrorist [x]
Counter-Terrorist [x]
Nextmap: awp_xyz (lightred)

XYZ = Teamname (Terrorists red, CTs blue)
[x] = Winning Rounds T, red colored
[x] = Winning Rounds CT, blue colored
