It works sweet :-) Thats with admins in both a flatfile AND MySQL.

Awesome! If we could get one more person to give another thumbs-up, we'll make this the main one I like the part of having their SteamID in the logs so you don't have to wonder who it was Should I add a timestamp as well?

Works great, at least the one in the flatfile and in the db are still able to use thier tags. Havn't seen anyones being kicked yet, but hopefully thats coz noone used illegal names.

I've seen a couple so far, one of which some plonker forgot to give admin to them! The steam ID is a very handy edition, IP would be sweet too ;-)

Used this version now for a while and it looks like it works fine!
Kicking players with bad names, and players in database AND in whitelist are immune.

Is it also possible to disallow name changes? Since they make it through, could we have it kick if they make any name changes? This will take out hackers who change their nicks every 2-3 seconds.

If someone changes their name in game to a name that is not allowed, it will take the configured action against them.

If you are looking to disallow ANY name changes at all, that's beyond the scope of this plugin.

Is it possible to change this plugin to allow certain nick for certain players?

Basically what I'm after is a way to let players have their TAG protected.
