You titled the topic as "vip menu".
1. Should this menu be accessed by only the players with specific admin flag?
2. When should this menu open or is it a command?
3. You should probably search there's so many vip plugins out there.

what native? has he mentioned any ammo.money? no
Glow will simply make a player glow as in set_user_rendering

He obviously doesn't know how to code. Glow means just player glowing.

Also, should player respawn to base when they swap teams or stay alive at their current spot?
Should glowing stop after the round?
Should they be able to use every ability once/round or just one of them?
