eh?

if you put return PLUGIN_HANDLED into the pfn_touch handler function, the gamedll won't notice the touch...

this can be used for example to stop someone from picking up weapons lying around, or can make it impossible to plant the bomb (could probably also make it impossible to open doors, didn't try that though).
