What is it?

A bit more advanced death notifications.

Specific msgs:

* Player died to infection;
* Player died to (common) zombie;
* Player died to infected (zombie) mate;
* Player being killed by teammate.

How to configure?

Known issues:

* None.

ToDo list:

* Don't print some msgs in hardcode survival? (done)
* Humiliating message when killed by zombie kid? (done)
