I found a possible bug, the language files directory was in use after i killed hlds and i tryed to move amxmodx folder it said the lang files were in use. Dunno how to reproduce yet, might post later when i get time. Also ive noticed when i turned off hlds if i tryed to rename folder amxmodx to amxmodx2 it would also say its in used, happened on 2 servers while i was updating to TP5.

I found an fopen() call in the language code that had no matching fclose() call.
