No Funcommands/Custom Plugins

Plugins aren't loading on my server, I installed SourceMod + MetaMod for a local server. Is that the problem? There's only kick, ban, change map, next map, etc.

It depends what plugins you want to have, you need to install each for whatever you require...

Oops sorry, I forgot one thing, there is plugins on my server, they aren't just loading.

Have you checked the .cfg file for each plugin?

What do you get with you type "meta list" in console?

The VDF file for SM and the others is pointing to wrong place or it doesn't exist.

EDIT: Still no plugins like slap or something
