And why not to gain life per speed reached?

Deathrun is a game of speed too. If you very fast, you can get to the final easy. Well some maps are more complicated, but biggest part can be done fast and easy. Speed would be the best option in my opinion...

xpaw's Deathrun manager doesn't have life system ?
it already gives the ct life to respawn once he kill the Terrorist.
