You may should write the CVARS in your post, too. And write it in the [code] It's easier to copy it then into the shconfig sk8er ;)

OK. I got some spare time so I fixed it. By the way you missed a big H at the were_loop, a } at end of were_init and you forgot to public the plugin_init.
