Server crash when using Sm_admin

When i run the server it runs great no problems. But when i type sm_admin in my console it launches the options menu. I see the options i can choose. But when i press 1,2 or 3 my server crashes. How can i fix this?

Did you update to sourcemod 1.4.4?

Can the devs send out a notice box in red like they did when SM 1.4.2 was released, telling them to update to 1.4.4. Because this is like the 20th thread in 2 days now :/
and there's probably gonna be more. Forum is a mess right now.

There were quite a few complaints about it.

The big red notice box? Naw, it wasn't too bad. The only problem with it was that it ruined the theme since it didn't fit in at all. Simply looked ugly is all.
