[REQ] Rush Bonus (HP)

I saw Karlo's TravellMeter (v1.5.1b) that counts the meters you travelled, so the idea came up to request a plugin that combines this plugin with Health Bonus.
It should work so, that the first 3 Persons who reached a defined amount of meters are award with 50, 30 and 10 HP. I hope this speeds up the game and finally people who ruhs every round and keeps the game flowing see that it's not for nothing ;-)

Great idea curry ... currently I am a bit overloaded with work so I can't start on it right now but if/when I get back caught up with work I would like to do this if nobody has beaten me to it.
