So, Valve finally created their own page to create game server accounts. Took... a year and a half? And it's not even as nice as the basic version without any styling I created. *facepalm*

Also, CS:GO is about to gain support for sv_setsteamaccount.

On an unrelated note sv_setsteamaccount did update the server listing on user favorites when the IP changed 4 times in one day. It just took hours. Thanks!

On-topic: Do we need to re-register the servers again?

As far as I know, no.

Edit: There was discussion of there being a glitch where it's not showing you your registered servers.
