Before 'lol-ing', are you sure the plugin is running, without error, and all is well loaded, includind orpheu ?
The OP would not have posted if the plugin was not working.

Secondly, the main reason I took the effort to get this working was for you because you've bumped and posted in every thread that has anything to do with blocking jump sounds, and here you are having a good time laughing at me because you don't know how to use Orpheu. Jokes on you mate.

You need to install Orpheu first (link in the first post), then unzipping the provided package to amxmodx/orpheu/functions/ directory, then compiling locally the plugin.

@OP You should add some information about how installing your plugin, it may not obvious for most of users.
