Especially since it's a hint box, it would be nice to be shorter to say like: "Your voice was blocked\nPlease wait for the channel to calm down before talking."

That would require getting the plugin to work first, which from what I know has not been done.
The voiceannounce_ex plugin written by me is outdated in this post, using a method that could not be done in reality. I will release the updated version of the plugin soon (after I get a linux machine to compile an updated version of the voice announce extension -- the sample extension provided by Asherkin for VoiceHook but with a couple of additional features).

this i find good to have thx but i know if some one made a plugin that admin only voice chat meaning admins that bind a key like "bind "q" "say !admin talk"
would be nice so admin can behind public with out being in the way ? i would use just a idea

why not just a priority system, having the clients not being able to talk after an admin starts talking?
