Okay, this IS 123's ripped version of Noob, only thing is, he didn't fully rip it right. He didn't replace all the deagle weapon id coding, and I went through and changed it all after noticing it giving a deagle. Sorry if this is posted somewhere, just trying to help.

Get a free scout and exploding arrows.
CvarsPost these in shconfig.cfg
garrow_level //What level is Green Arrow available? (default = 0)
garrow_arrows //How many exploding arrows does he have? (default = 10)
garrow_maxlvl //What's the max level a player can use him? (default = 7)
garrow_getscout //Does he get a scout on respawn? (default=1)

Credits go to AssKicR for the hero, JTP for the noob w/max level, and 123 for the uhh..rip. Made working by Legendary (now known ingame as @pple$auce)
