Guys my server is crashing with Sv Hull no model error in console
Anyone knows why this happens and how to prevent it ?

Only a non-steam server sends the error to the console and you know the rules

I'm not sure what he was talking about: "game console" or "console of the server panel"

You are totally wrong. You get that debug messages in your client console, because you started a local game. Open CS client -> New Game -> Choose a map -> Start game.

It's happening Randomly on all maps
