Can someone please make a plugin that lets me build my buildings on top of each other? Example: Teleporter Sentry Dispenser Floor

There is a plugin that allows you to move buildings ontop of eachother. And I don't know if you already got this solved, as your post is 2 years old. I just wanted to let you know.
