should be simple enough to do, right? If a bullet hits the car (checking with vectors or raytracing I assume), wait 1.5-3 sec, check if if the car is already going off, if it isn't, activate the car. Same for exploding a boomer/pipe near it, and throwing a molotov ON it.

tl;dr: wtf? Read it, its not even a paragraph.

I wanted to do it but I don't know anything about raytracing or entities

I'd be more interested in the car alarm resetting. I mean seriously irl your car alarm goes off for a little bit, then resets, and is able to go off again. Would be neat to see a plugin for that
