1. How do i make a chat print that shows up for all users?
I know about "server_print", but doesnt that just print in the server console?

like:
client_print(print_chat, "LuLz0rZ")

Would this works the same and print to all users???
server_print(print_chat, "LuLz0rZ")


2. Is there anyway to change color of the chat text?
Because i saw in the hook mod plugin, if you say hook, there comes up a white chat text message that says that hook mod is enabled...

No, you can't change the color of chat text, but you can change the color of HUD Mesage Text... look up: set_hudmessage() and show_hudmessage()

Ok thanks. Im going to make a message that says "This server is running with bla bla bla" to all people every 5 min. Where to i place the set_task then? Can it just be in the plugin_init()???

OMG! Dont do that!! I for one will never play on any server running your mod if your mod constantly Spams the chat or any part of the screen with crap like advertisements and stuff...

Once people are playing your mod, they wont need a constant reminder.. it will just annoy them...

Instead, show it only once to a player when he/she joins the server, and that's all..
