I get quite frequent crashes when >10 players joins my server. I concluded recently, that the issue is caused by the lack of free edicts, as provided in the crash log:

However, I ran some tests and as it turned out, the most recent entity created just before crash had an ID of 457 and the total amount of entities given by GetEntityCount() was 736:

It's important to mention, that these crashes occur most of the time on new round
