Hi everyone. I'm experiencing a problem with my server and I'm lost on where to begin. I'm hosting a couple CS:GO servers at the moment off a server connected to my home network (Vox Telecom in South Africa) and the issue I'm facing is for the most part everyone in the server has normal ping, 5 - 35ms depending on location. However 1 in 5 people have a consistent 130-150ms ping to my server despite having normal low ping to other servers and CS:GO official matchmaking. I have restarted my router and networking hardware multiple times and have even been assigned a new IP and the problem still persists. I can't find anything useful about this specific issue so if anyone knows what I can start looking at to figure out this problem I would really appreciate it

I assume everyone is in south africa? have them do a traceroute to your server to see where the high lag is.
