Hello, i've installed this plugin but i cant see any rules.txt in my addons/amxmodx/configs :S When i make a rules.txt it doesnt work, got any idea why this is happening?

There is 0 reason to use an unapproved plugin from 2004 or even expect an answer from the author 16 years later.
