The only thing is theres a lot of people who use legit custom skins and models (though decreasing) and would discriminate those against a small minority of cheaters if a server had pure 1 or 2.

Having said, most of my small community dont run custom stuff so we will have pure 1 on the server. But very large servers do not have sv_pure enabled and it would be suicidal for them to change that.
