custom radio sounds for VIP class in cs 1.6

hello guys ive been looking for a plugin that gives you custom radio sounds for vip players but i cant find any is possible to make it ?!
if you guys can help me with that ive already uploaded the voices i want to apply to the plugin in the this thread . i really appreciate any help and thanks

ive checked the addon but as far as i undertood this addon only replaces exiting files including sounds to the whole server not just specific category of players ( admins ..etc )

Modifying this plugin on specific flag (VIP flag) may help you.
