2nd, I can not find any guides telling how to edit .amxx files so I can make heroes in other levels and things like that. Anyone got a link to a guide ?

Hey.

First of all, Use the Search button =)

Second, to do your self admin on your server Go to you Config Folder in your server, and Edit in the User.ini and there u see examples. my suggestion is to do the admin on ur steam ID. not name or Ip.. well open it and you will see how to do..

and to Change lvl, Search Forum agian....
but i help u.
u can either change the Sh fille, OR change the File named :shconfig
its in \addons\amxmodx\configs\shero
and in that File u can edit in what lvl u can use the hero, u can alsow change the heros Skills, i mean if Flash run speed is 305 u can change it to 999. for example.

i did that and it says im admin but then when i try to do a command it says "You have no access to that command"

Have you given yourself all the flags? If you have no access to that command, that means you havent given yourself full admin.-
