Do I need to add both, the Datacenter SQL and the country SQL ?

That's entirely up to you how you are going to filter players; I merely provided the Datacenters.sql and the ability to generate country.sql from a list to help people get started.

UPDATE:

Seems to work. But it sometimes takes a while before it does. Not everyone is blocked from the start, sometimes it takes minutes before those are kicked.

The performance is reliant on your MySQL server. If indexed correctly, it should be mere instant depending on the latency.
