Most likely cause of this is a problem with the translations file but check addons/sourcemod/logs you should have an error tied to failure to open the menu.

Hey Guys, have a big problem. I'm running a linux srcds with hl2dm (no teamplay). I think i configured all things carefully. If i join the game, i get the join sound sucessfully but if i kill somebody, i get the sound "teamkiller". But there is no teamplay. ??? The config is [mp_teamplay "0"]. I hope i get some help.

Edit addons/sourcemod/configs/quakesoundslist.cfg and change "config" under "teamkill" to "0"

bzz0, if you are not getting any errors in the logs then this may be a sourcemod problem. I would first try updating your sourcemod to the latest version and make sure you are running version 1.3.1 or higher of the Quakesounds plugin. If you continue to see the menu not show up and there are not any errors logs being produced in addons/sourcemod/logs then I would port a bug on the sourcemod bug tracker.

dalto I've just found an issue!

If you have mani admin plugin not metamod (standalone) version installed on server, !quake & /quake commands do not work, but sounds are playing. 100% tested.
