It appears my server crashes due to GiveNamedItem

Are there any tips you can give me so that I can acknowledge which plugin causes crashes? It would be a nightmare checking plugins one by one at this point...

Your server is crashing because it is running out of entities - if you search for the error message you'll find a significant number of threads discussing the problem that may provide more help.
