1. add admin_csay for teams only.
ex:
@ hi (normal csay)
@.t hi (csay at T's only)
@.ct hi (csay at CT's only)
@c.ct hi (csay at ct's with cyan color)
2. just like "status" in console "statusip" lists ip's for everyone, makes it easier to ban by IP.
3. Not sure if it has been mentioned or fixed etc. but fix bug in amx_gag

press y then @ words for lower right side (csay?) and @@ for middle (tsay?)

I think, this can be done well.
If an admin selects: Frost Player
Then the Player frosts for x seconds (cvar).

Maybe a menu for UNBANNING lol? Would be better with normal amxmodmenu. When an admin goes to amxmodmenu they will see UNBAN, you click it then it will show a list of unbanned STEAMIDS, IPS, and NAMES they used.
