redownload the pack with materials etc , common.wav is in sound/misc

or check your fastdl files

ps : found the fix for the error 213 , tomorrow another version will be uploaded (now is time to sleep )

so not sure if you know this or if you can fix, but sometimes on that gamemode where the soccer balls are coming down the hill you can start off with some of the balls at the bottom meaning as soon as the game starts your dead.
