server wont go online anymore when installed bcm 3.0

hello i got a problem with bcm 3.0 by anderseN

i instal this mod on my server but when i restart my server my server wont go online.
i dont have any error logs.
and yes i wrote the plugin name right in plugins.ini and yes i put the models etc on the right spot.
so anyone knows how to fix this ?

Im using a 24/7 linux server.

Does your server go online if you take out BCM ?

Then it is something wrong with BCM

have you checked if all of the modules required for the plugin are uncommented in the modules.ini?
