I need plugin that will allow players to send message every 1.5 seconds, my server is full and people spam a lot..

You should see a message at the top if you try to chat within the threshold that says stop flooding, or something.

Here's a plugin to do it. I would max out that cvar to not interfere.

The chat flood message shows only in the console. I see it occasionally with the binds that I use that issue multiple chat commands.

It shows for me in-game, on the top left of the screen.

Interesting, I've never seen it on my screen before. Either I'm just not noticing it or there is something strange about how I'm triggering it that causes things not to show properly.

that works great bugsy! can you do please red letter instead of yellow and ADMIN_RCON is immune to that anti-spam, so i can spam.. can you do that ?
