Hello everybody,
I have a problem with a player who has a code that has fast walk and dynamic ip.
I banned him, but immediately come back to the server.
Help me solve this problem.

The solution is to ban by SteamID. If that doesn't work then you know the solution.

Nowhere. The problem is dproto, remove it and ban by steamid.
