Hello, I find an animation weapon, I repeat it "What knowledge do you need to animate cs 1.6 weapons?". I have some imagination with a glow effect. In that animations (attach an video), I know to change the texture(Jed's), but I don't want to rotate it, in that place.

Need 3dsmax, or other modeling 3d, to make it? Or some specific software?
