Hey Guys

how can i change the color chat message in cs source server ??

This is for the chatbox itself. Changing plugins themselves would require editing and re-compiling them.

Loading the plugin will create a .cfg file at: <game>/cfg/sourcemod/plugin.simplecolors.cfg
Edit the CVARS there. Here are all the colors you can use: https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_names.asp

Thank you very much, but I have another question when I write !admin, it does not work how can i solve this issue

You can use /admin or type sm_admin in console. If neither of those work, you might not have the admin menu plugin loaded
