The gameplay is once people spawn after few seconds (could be 30), you will become either traitor or not traitor everyone can buy weapons from a menu and the traitor has special menu that allows him to buy specific items such as Suicide Bomb and Special weapons. and also in the map there's weapons lying in the ground people can take (Doesn't matter traitor or not) and the traitors has to kill all 'who's not traitor' without 'not traitors' figuring out who is it.

Traitors can know each other (there's a sprite above their heads) only shows up for a traitor.

I tried it on GMod. It's a fun plugin if peoples play by rules.

I don't think it's rather possible. Cause at is shows it has 3 sorts of groups.

And you can't make more groups other than CT & T, or maybe use the Spectate group.

But I'm always open to Complete New Mods.
