Is it possible that you could recode it alittle bit
because demo recorders can make some servers lag, and i' talking about servers like zombie plague which has ALOT of plugins already by itself.
so i was thinking about recode this plugin so that it is
asking if the player wants to record a demo.

"Want auto-demo recording to record your game?" "Yes" "No" "Always Record"
i think that would be alot better for those who dont have problems, and those who has can always make
it record by pressing yes everytime they join the server, or choose to let it record auto everytime they join.

How do I completely remove the prefix [AMXX]?

there is only one AMXX keyword in the .sma, so it should be the prefix you need to edit:

20    g_DemoNamePrefix    = register_cvar( "amx_demo_prefix",    "AMXX" );

I tried to remove AMXX from this line and all i got in game - these empty brackets: [] and message.
also I tried to comment the whole line with // - plugin stoped to work.

I'm not good at coding, as i said =\

maybe by removing the green keyword

This plugins cause lag, cuz it check file name and it edit it -_-
How if i want plugin to be simple just record when he join -_-
