Hello, I'll warn you right away that I'm completely green on the subject and ask for your understanding. I'm also not sure if I'm writing this post in the right section. If not, I'll delete it and put it in the one it should be in.
I would like to do a few things on my server, including:
-Change the default map to one from the workshop. I mean here that it should load even after starting the server
-Implement the CS:GO Multi-1v1 plugin
-Do something to allow players to choose a map, for example every 30 minutes. I'm talking about a custom map queue.
-Disable warmup altogether
-And set the time of rounds in seconds instead of minutes
I still have a problem when editing server files via FTP using fillezilla. When I right click on a file and then preview/edit I get an error message saying the file cannot be opened .... no program is associated with it.

Can you tell us, are you using "workshop collection" ?
It look like this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfil.../?id=770500357

You can create that collection yourself or use other's one.

I didn't use. I usually just put the maps in the maps folder and loaded them via sm_admin. What are the advantages of the map collection and how can I use it?

Workshop collections, which I are a category of map collections, allow you to use maps directly from the steam workshop, without having to install and host them on your server with a FastDL. It also has other benefits such as making sure everybody has the same version of the map, and more.
