if you want to disable plugins in specific maps you should go to config floder and write a ini file with the map name,
example :

if you want to disable the plugin for aim maps you should write a file called plugins-aim.ini and put inside of it the plugins you want to disable with disable word right to the plugin name like this :

plugins-aim.ini and inside of it plugin.amxx disable.

Just for letting others like me know:

I've disabled the plugin in awp_India map using the instruction given by This link, but even after disabling, players were able to buy another weapons via the original CS shop [which is not acceptable for a awp only map/server] so I used two more plugins to make it completely ideal.

Starting Weapons To give players awp on spawn

and Buyzone range to disable the shop/buy for the map
