Hello friends.
I have Dedicate Server and i have some problems.
I have 4 servers CS:GO but once I get more than 20 players or more started lags, when is under 20 players all goes well

My server's is :
78.128.99.119:27015
78.128.99.119:27016
78.128.99.119:2720
78.128.99.119:27040

PC configuration :
MB ASUS P8H61-M PRO
CPU i5-3450
DDR3 8G 1600
HDD250GB WD Caviar Blue, 7200rpm, 16MB
LAN CARD PCI-E 10/100/1000

Internet Connection :
Download speed 433Mbps Upload Speed 1.35Mbps

I beg you for help and advice on where to lag comes.

If that's not a typo then it's clear.
With 1.35Mbps upstream you can't host a lagfree-server.
The download rate isn't important for servers.

Yes it is 1.35Mbps upload.
Whats is requirements of internet network " Download and Upload "

According to this Steam support page it's 53.4KBits per player.

That means with 1.35Mbps you can probably host like 20 players.
Factors are also what you set sv_maxrate & sv_maxupdaterate to, I found this tool to calculate it.

It's possible that CS:GO takes a bit more bandwidth than normal srcds.
I would recommend to not calculate the slots too strict, as the bandwidth it uses can be very variable. People don't like servers with lagspikes or bad network settings.

I don't recommend to host a public gameserver on a home internet connection anyway, as there
will be lagspikes for the players when you are downloading things. Most people are hosting gameservers on dedicated machines with 100 Mbit/s down&up-stream in data centers.
